I am sorry to hear that Keith was not happy with the class at JCCFS. I wish to come down on the other side in favor of buying a beam for the new blacksmith shop. I have taken five one week classes at JCCFS and have been very happy with all of them. I must admit that I have done some research on the instructor and class content prior to signing up in attempt to maximise the learning and social experience.

Southern Tier February Meeting
In February the Southern Tier Group forged spoons to allow them to enjoy their chili! We’ll have to try that next. Good job guys
March Genesee Meeting – Mortice, Tenons, and 4H
We had a great meeting for the Genesee Region today. Mike Nelson demonstrated mortise and tenon joinery. Later, we had a group of 4H students join us. Candy Martens and Mike Nelson demonstrated several techniques and small projects for them.
