The Rochester Arc and Flame School is doing well so far. This week sees us starting our first beginning bladesmith class and we’ll be doing our third level 1 beginners workshop this Saturday. The Southern Tier Group will be meeting this Sunday the 4th of March at Henry Offerman’s again. We will be finishing up the sign by installing the hammer, tongs and any other loose pieces. Niagara Regions February meeting at Gene Beamers Shop set a record in attendance as 32 folks showed up to make Roses for their Valentines! We had a great meeting which was enhanced with a great lunch of pulled pork sandwiches from Honcho Gregory and Robert Giordano. [nggallery id=57]

Hey All. This month we will attempt to complete the Blacksmith sign. Parts already complete are the anvil, anvil stump, letters, forge pan, bottom bar and top bar.
