From tie rod to bick

    Saturday, Oct 15th we met at my place for the ADK monthly meeting.  One of the projects for the day was to forge a bick from a 3/4 ton Ford tie rod.  Led by James Tiernan and assisted by various strikers the bick was done in about 2 hours.

Fall All Hands Success

Dear All We had a very successful Fall All Hands Meeting at Chittenango Landing Canal Boat Museum this past weekend. Despite the rain, we had 30 blacksmiths attend on Saturday with 15 staying for the Sunday festivities.
