Perpetuating, promoting, and teaching the craft and art of blacksmithing

This year our Fall All-Hands event will be hosted by the Niagara Region!

Adirondack Folk School’s Steve Gurzler has been teaching at AFS for 12 years. Steve enjoys reproducing historic cooking implements and is an ABANA Level I & II National Curriculum instructor---making tools to make tools to make things.

 

 

We invite 2026 All-Hands attendees to stick around for open forging Saturday evening. Forges and tools will be available in the Niagara Region shop. It will be a relaxed session to work on projects or explore some of the elements of the National Curriculum
with Steve.
